We are excited to announce the official opening ceremony of the FOXG1 Research Center (FRC) at the University at Buffalo (UB). This highly anticipated event will bring together leading scientists, donors, and families in the FOXG1 community to celebrate the launch of a new chapter in FOXG1 syndrome research.

About the Ceremony
The event is by invitation only, with attendance from members of the FOXG1 Research Foundation (FRF), donors, parents of children with FOXG1 syndrome, and key faculty members from the Department of Biological Sciences at UB. This milestone event celebrates the official launch of the FOXG1 Research Center and will offer exciting updates from the top scientists driving research in FOXG1 syndrome.
What to Expect
In addition to the ceremonial ribbon cutting, attendees will have the chance to hear from leading researchers and experts in the field of FOXG1 syndrome. The event will feature a Science Symposium with presentations on the latest scientific breakthroughs, ongoing research projects, and upcoming clinical trials.
For parents and family members of FOXG1 children, this is a special opportunity to connect with each other, meet leading scientists in the field, and learn more about the incredible work being done to advance FOXG1 research.
The ceremony will conclude with a tour of Lee Labs, where attendees can witness firsthand the state-of-the-art research facilities that are propelling FOXG1 syndrome research forward.
